In our project there will be activities;which firstly connects participants to cultural exchange and supporting them for personal development, which they make active by doing-making methods, which keeps participants not passive and keep them in communication with others, which shows participants its necessary to make empathy and a public without understanding women is not enough, which brings participants closer to eachother and make the Erasmus+ programm more visual.The aims of our project are like following; to accept the place of women in daily life and focus on the Amsterdam Agreement on 1st May 1999 which declares women and men aquality, to say stop all kinds of violance against women( sexual abuse and rape, to meet in the middle with 5 different participating countries and meet new cultures, to have a commpn aim, to show that democrasy and equality is not just a term on paper but they are applyable, to have support of our partners at all steps of our project and to include participants with lower oppurtunities into daily life.Our participating countries are Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Spain and Turkey. From Turkey there will be 10 participants and 1 leader, 11 persons totally and they will be 6 girls and 5 boys. Other countries will send 8 participants, 4 girls and 4 boys. From each partner country there will be 2 participants with lower oppurtunities, in total we will have 10 youngsters with fewer oppurtunities. Participants will be choosen from the persons which are acitv in the field of women rights. At the activity '' Understand Women'' for each duty 10 persons will be responsible every 5 minutes. We will have also an activity to make participants understand the situation of women when they face a hard situation. We will pay extra attention on the activity to make Erasmus+ programm visual.The education methods which will be used at the project are: non-formal methods, activ participation of youngsters, role-playing, learning by doing, informal and nonformal education, brain storming and moders teaching methods. It will help participants to be understanding and sensetive and also to have healthy communication in public life.Expected results and effects of our project are; to seperate participants from their prejudices, to support with our project fighting against racism and support cultural colorfulness, to include participants with fewer oppurtunities at our project, to support participants by giving them Youthpasses going into business life, to make participants understand the place and information of women in our lifes and accept it.Possible Advantages in long term are; our team for expand the project results will put importance to expand project results and reach larger target groups. This activity will encourage youngsters to patricipate and organize Erasmus+ projects and support persons with fewer oppurtunities to participate at that kind of projects.
