Four European directives on the energy performance of buildings imply a real change and European harmonization of the knowledge and competences of those involved in the construction industry.The TEAM ECOCONSTRUCTION projectsets out to:-Accompany the changes in competences and trades of those involved in the building industry in the field of eco-construction by the transfer and adaptation of :1-a transnational reference system for training and certification for an “eco-builder” technician2-teaching aids (Online distance training (FOAD), 3-experimental training for construction company employees in Latvia-a network of transnational resource centers federated around a charter and grouping together :1-an observation point for future trades, 2-tools and teaching aids at the disposal of training organizations,3-information dissemination activities (electronic newsletter, programme of events, insertion in the network)
