Starting point of our Project named ‘Teachers are Learning and Students are Speaking’ is the aim of foundation of our school based on a reality of using English by the students for improving themselves in cultural ,social and scientific fields.It is observed by the teachers that English level of students is getting worse and especially while they are speaking their anxiety of making mistakes are getting bigger too. As aresult of root cause analysis We understood that students have difficulty in expressing themselves by using English in their daily life and they have never reached necessary level in spite of learning English for long years.İn this manner improvement will be possible through changes. The aim of our mobility Project is to improve ourselves as pedagogic, to use our knowledge, we have being aware of teaching various methods and techniques , and to help students not only learn English but also practise it teaching new skills and information to the students efficiently There is no border between countries anymore with the rapid placement of technology and internet in our globalizing lives and changing world.Go beyond the border will be possible using English for communication.In this manner we aim to teach students English practising it in the class , making them using some skills such as listening, speaking, writing providing varıous meterials besides technology. Project team consists six teachers.Four of these participants are English teachers.One of them has twenty -five year experience in English and quite disciplined in her work and other one is experienced on projects, extremely creative and sociable person.Rest of the participants have high motivation of teaching , cultural improving and also they are eager to use technology and do new projects in their fields.Teachers who will take part in ICT course are extremely skillful and qualified. Our school director, whose main target is to improve quality of education, is responsible for budget and at the same time he is the consultor of our Project. Since we hardly find this kind of courses in our country to enrich our ability , as a project team we have applied to four different courses in order to improve ability of using European sources in English .These are the activities which aim at; -According to twenty-first century innovation in education,teaching methods and techniques, the way of creating various meterials, students’ understanding and speaking appropriate to the modern era Our activity of learning using ICT, the way of stimulate students for using and speaking English showing them real methods with different teaching techniques The activity based on improving our English , skills such as speaking fluently, correct pronunciation and vocabulary is to teach English to the students in highest level by high qualified English teachers Our structured course, consists various activities, aims to enrich the content and improve communication skill, communicate with foreign colleques realizing our defect in teaching English. After the activities end we expect that, -Participants will get awareness ,improve self-confidence and dominance of their field -as the students see the innovation of their teachers,their attitudes towards language will change -students' desire to participate in a lesson and speak through using technology actively -it will be based on new European Projects -escaping from the lessons will decrease All of these results will be a good example of the teachers in our school and the other school and it provides them to take part in European Platforms.In addition,the decrease of language level will give place to sucesses and it is important that our school will update itself for a better education.We will use communicational skills,oral communication,brainstorming,observation,surveys,problem-solving,and learning by practising approches in our project.
