Teacher training Methodology & Language for primary teachers: improving skills in teaching English. 4 Participants, teachers for children 4-12, volunteered for this course. The government of our school agreed. These teachers would like to extend their knowledge of learning a foreign language, because CBS Het Kompas is a learning organisation. They would like to improve their skills in teaching English as well as their level of speaking. By participating this course we will realise internationalisation of the education at CBS Het Kompas. The participants will give a presentation in the team meeting in september 2015. There will be workshops during other team meetings throughout the year. Target group of our dissemination activities will be our fellow teachers. Vision on learning English at an early age: Our students are growing up in a community in which globalisation and digitalisation increase. At CBS Het Kompas we consider good skills in English as a condition for being able to operate in our society. One of our aims for 2015: Internationalisation will be further implemented by connecting with primary schools in other countries: -Contact between students (Pen Friends Cambridge University) -Contact between teachers in order to share good practices
