The project has three general objectives:improve the skills and competencies in initial vocational trainingimprove the quality of continuing vocational trainingto promote and reinforce vocational training , …innovation, competitiveness and entrepreneurship, co-operation vocational training and undertakings. Under the first two objectives, innovative counselling and guidance approaches are of particular importance.
