En estos tiempos complejos para Europa, la empleabilidad de los jóvenes es una preocupación vital ya que muchos países se enfrentan a altas tasas de desempleo juvenil. Con este proyecto queremos responder a las presiones y desafíos actuales de desempleo juvenil, a través del refuerzo del sector civil, mejorando las habilidades de los jóvenes y sus expectativas y ofreciendo nuevas posibilidades de enfoque pro-activo a través de experiencias de voluntariado.Esta formación pretende ser una herramienta que cambiará la percepción de los jóvenes en relación a los proyectos de voluntariado y programas comunitarios. A través del voluntariado, los jóvenes podrán adquirir habilidades, mejorar sus conocimientos y posicionarse en el mercado laboral. Ser voluntario ofrece muchas ventajas para los jóvenes desempleados y oportunidades para adquirir la experiencia y efectividad adecuada a las exigencias del mercado. Pensamos que la relación entre programas de voluntariado y servicios de selección de personal deben reforzarse. Todos tenemos que entender cómo el voluntariado puede ayudar a la empleabilidad.Se promoverá el trabajo en red para la colaboración en proyectos conjuntos, intercambio de voluntarios, propuesta de ideas, iniciativas focalizadas en la empleabilidad entre los jóvenes. Esta formación ofrecerá herramientas específicas de búsqueda de empleo, sesiones formativas relacionados con la gestión de proyectos, posibilidades YIA, presentaciones de SVE y otros programas de voluntariado, participación en proyectos destinados al seguimiento en la empleabilidad de jóvenes de 31 pax. En este curso vamos a explorar el voluntariado, pasantías y empleos, el grupo visitará los lugares de trabajo, reuniéndose con los empresarios y compartiendo sus experiencias con los demás participantes.In these complex times for Europe, youth employability is a vital concern as many countries are facing high youth unemployment rates. With this project we would like to respond to the current pressures and challenges of youth unemployment through reinforcing possibilities in the civil sector that offer self- empowerment of the young people through upgrading their skills, changing their expectations and offering possibilities for a pro- active approach through practical volunteering experiences. This training aims to be a tool that will change and re-shape the perceptions of the young multipliers that will take part in order to improve the access and participation rates of young people in volunteering projects and community programs. Through volunteering, young people get the benefits of increasing their skills, upgrading knowledge and improving their position on the job market. Voluntary activity has many advantages for the unemployed young people- it can help keep them in touch with the labor market and It can offer opportunities to obtain skills and experiences that make moving into work easier. if this link between volunteering and employment is to be strengthened, voluntary organisations need more funding, jobseekers need more information, and we all need to understand how volunteering can help employability.An accent will be put on the networking in order to follow- up with joined projects of exchange of volunteers and specific project ideas on how to undertake further specific steps in targeting youth employability. This training will offer specific job- search related workshops, project management sessions, YiA possibilities, Presentations of EVS and other volunteering programs, and networking and work on follow-up projects that target youth employability for 31 pax. On this training we will explore volunteering, internships and employment; the group will visit workplaces, meet with employers and share their experiences with the other participants.
