Rechercher des projets européens

Tanuld a szakmát! - A munkahely jó "iskola"
Date du début: 1 juin 2014, Date de fin: 31 mai 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

There is an important topic of the project: it is summer practice abroad. During working in a foreign country our students get to know the characteristics of commerce, hotel and tourism in three states of the European Union, they can have a look into the foreign world of services: sales, tourism and office work. The following secondary technical and vocational school students could take this opportunity: 12 salesmen, 13 cooks, 25 administrators of finance and accountancy. The project lasts a month: there is a special language course in the first week followed by a three-week working practice (18 students travel to Germany, 16 to Portugal, 16 youngsters to Malta). Those students who travel to Chemnitz do their summer practice between 1st and 28th July 2014. They can experience an excellent working schedule which has been developed during the 4 years of highly successful cooperation. This year 4 salesmen, 5 cooks and 9 administrators take part in the programme. Our German partner, F+U Sachsen gGmbH is a medium-sized, innovative, servicing company which organises our students’ summer practice efficiently and fulfils the requirements of the European Union. We have already succeeded in cooperating with the Portuguese Hosting Organisation twice so far. Our partner’s name is Braga Mobility Open, its headquarter is situated in Braga. This company provided high quality workplaces for our students, so we would also like to send 16 youngsters this year (4 salesmen, 4 cooks, 8 secretaries of finance and accountancy) between 31st July and 27th August 2014. We are very amazed about our new Maltese connection named IZI Ltd because the official language is English in Malta and we can increase the number of our English learning students who will be working abroad in summer. We are planning to send 4 shop assistants, 4 cooks, 8 secretaries of finance and accountancy there. During the preparation of the project our new partner turned out to be extremely skilful, efficient and well-informed about organising and managing Erasmus. The students stay in Malta between 3rd and 31st August 2014. Portuguese and Maltese travels have the following important advantage: we can provide a great opportunity for our English learning students to improve their language skills and get experience in the trade they are learning in a foreign country. As there are some students under age in the groups we are planning 2 teachers for each group. Our project has another important subject: to provide experience for the teachers and management. So we are planning a staff of 16 teachers and bosses to travel to Portugal between 25th and 29th October 2014. The bosses of the local centre of education, local businessmen of trade, hotel and tourism and teachers of special subjects and language teachers are included in the group. We would like to get information about cooperation and sharing work between schools and practice places (shops, restaurants, hotels). How they prevent students from dropout. These 2 subjects have close connection, as the most important target is to increase the reputation of our school among other secondary technical and vocational schools in the region, to make our institution attractive for parents and students. We would like to improve the quality of teaching, learning and practising our trades, to develop the students’ performance in our exams. Summer work abroad for our students and the exchange of information for our staff are excellent tools to achieve this target. We hope we can decrease the number of dropouts after a successful summer project in 3 European countries. We have to cope with this problem in vocational classes mostly. We also need good exam results and to become a highly reputable secondary school of commerce, hotel and tourism.
