TALEA – Mettre en TrAnsparence Les Experiences et l`Apprentissage

The innovation processes in European learning societies demand the restructuring of the relations between individuals and the learning facilities, which are based on traditional pedagogic approach. The TALEA project aims at the creation of general competences for learning facilitation accessible to the different professionals in the field. Target groups are consequently teachers, trainers, vocational guidance staff, labour market staff, an related professionals in the teaching/training sector. Main objective is the development of a specific set of competences for most of the professionals in the related VET systems especially in context of LLL . Special targets will be the creation of transparency concerning the main training credits and certification of persons reentering training courses, the definition of formal and non-formal VET , including self-learning, and the promotion of individual lifelong learning. Expected results are: (1) a training kit for teachers/trainers (in print, containing CDRom ,in the partner languages), (2) a multilingual website offering free access to the project materials, and – project report, containing the defined training needs, (3) the results of the evaluated activities related to learning facilities. To achieve these results, a minimum methodology will be developed, as well as a minimum standard of instruments of learning facilities, the elaboration of a general training standard. The application of a minimum standard for accreditation/certification will be identified for the competences of teachers/trainers/professionals directly interested in the research and methodology of the project. Valorisation strategy is based on the use of the partners efficient networks by arranging events, conferences, PR activities, and the project website. The expected impact is among others defined at two levels: the improvement of the development of competences and professional capacity for the different target groups as well as the improvement of quality in VET services, offering key resources for the local and global training processes and facilities.
