Our Project contain; war, economic difficulties, social pressures, geographic reasons, such as the difficulty of leavinig their countries, social adaptation, the fullfiliment of legal liability, lived on issues such as education, employment difficulties and where they have nationalities and understand the gain if the subject point of view, concerns proposals for solutions to these problems related to the subject of youth to bring employees do to increase knowledge, skills and local, national, The European and international dimension in the provision of social benefits to know and by bringing. The aim of our Project is related to the subject of youth workers project, information , increasing their skills and realize their projects related to the topic to ensure that efficient and effective is to obtain qualifications. Project 9 different countries will be participating in a total of 36 youth workers to lower age limit 18 participants in the project, althouth there is no upper age limit. Our Project is a 10 month Project and date of March 1st and December 31 2016. Project activity days will be on 10-19/ 04 / 2016 dates.Project activities our work will take place during the process of people attending to ensure active participation, grup working, gain the ability to provide effective and efficient learning and non-formal education technicks will be made using the methods of learning. This methods is used with our participants and will contribute to their learning by living in this sense the Project activities in a variety of energizer games, team building games, workshops and outdoor activities will be realised in addition, the participants came together diffrenet cultures to interculturel learning activities will be realised. Photo exhibition will be held in the Project activity, related to the subject of social awareness fort he creation of a variety of social media, which will be published in a written and visual basis video will be ready at the end of the Project. Project evaluation and proposal will be prepared and shared with the target audience. At the end of the work in our Project youth workers gained knowledge, skills and competencies with various projects and this Project in the long run, both the refugees and country will have positive impact on citizen and will play on active role in soving problems in our opinion.
