The T&LEMA project aims at developing an expert system based upon an innovative pedagogical model to allow both trainers and teachers to plan their training activities focused more upon learning factors than on teaching procedures. The project intends to explore and decode the most recent studies on the need to develop learning settings focused upon constructive theories and upon social co-operation. Project results will include a dedicated project website, a series of tools relating to learning styles, a set of outline formats for teaching management in addition to model prototypes for both learning and teaching. All materials will be produced in EN, FR, DE & IT. The end results of the project will be disseminated via a series of workshops and seminars. Additionally, articles will be published via specialist press. Project beneficiaries include teachers, trainers and vocational training specialists.
