TIME - project is about enhancing and improving modern teaching methods and techniques of our professors, according European standards and new modern flows in education in 21st century. We decided to involve 5 teachers in this project. We have chosen one partner organization, ITC International, located in Prague, Czech Republic. It is proven training center. We shell cooperate with our partner organization for all training courses, 2 different training courses in 3 locations the partner offers. The titles of courses are: "Innovative approaches to teaching" and "Encouraging creative thinking".Our organization is Secondary school Gymnasium "Mirche Acev", located in the city of Prilep (Republic of Macedonia). It is High Municipal School with general education. It is a public school and the oldest secondary school in Prilep, which began its educational practices in the second half of 19th century. Our high school intend to have more students to come and study in our school. It has been noticed that our professors and students appreciate our efforts to raise money ourselves so that they would have the opportunity to travel abroad at least once. These international projects are of great marketing value to our high school. This is the reason why our school is so interested in new international project. High school education curricula are chancing and that means that new skills and attitudes are needed. TIME - project is a great possibility for our teachers to gain additional education, make them more aware of the European perspective and all this will benefit all our students.The requested mobility grants will help staff members of our organization. This project is a very powerful method for lifelong learning aimed at improving teacher’s competencies and the quality of their work. Each participant in this project has great benefits with the visit of courses and trainings where will acquire new knowledge and skills for innovative teaching methods with a more international approach and meet and exchange experiences with colleagues from a similar area. Our municipality wants to have motivated and committed teachers in our schools who also realize the EU project possibilities andthe European perspective. We believe that international cooperation is very important for teaching.The main aims of our project are:1. To develop teachers teacherhood, skills, methods, attitudes;2. To motivate staff (It can be very motivating for staff to see outcomes of their work; it can also be encouraging for the students to see their own progress);3. To improve the quality of teaching;4. To boost teachers and students’ skills;5. To modernize education;6. To highly focus on young people.7. To develop our internationalization strategy.In practice, TIME - project means that 5 teachers from different fields of education are going to participate in training courses abroad, 2 in Helsinki, 2 in Prague and 1 in London. The training courses should be in order not to disturb the schools' schedule and the timetable of their absent must be planned carefully. The expected impact on the participants will be tremendous. The new international attitude which teachers will develop will betransmitted into their teaching and through that to the students too. Teachers will learn new methods and experience and different ways of teaching, that opens their eyes for new perspectives. They are able to critically monitor and reflect their teachingskills and methodology, in order to get new thoughts and use these at home. TIME - project opens the European horizon to our teachers.Our school "Mirche Acev" will get refreshed and motivated teachers who will have better international attitude, and that will be shown in their teaching skills and methods. This has direct impact to our students and to their parents as well. This will offer also further perspective to the parents in our city interested for their children to be future students in our school; their children will get a more opened view to the world.Evaluation of the TIME - project is done by participating teachers. Before the training courses, teachers will set personal aims and expectations, during it, they will keep a personal daily diary and a public blog, after their event they will write a final report and they will have an evaluation meetings. It will last before, during and after the TIME - project events. They will use different tools and instruments in this process.Dissemination of projects results are done mainly in teachers meetings where participating teachers give presentations of their TIME - project events for all other teachers in the school. We shell also use official school website and our local newspapers and local TV forpublic information. The results are also told in locally, regionally and nationally within Macedonian counselors and municipality.
