The project ‘School digital – not paper’ has been created to support the development of teachers, students, their parents and school as an educational institution. The actions designed in the project will improve English language competence of teachers and students, as well as they will promote foreign languages learning. It can lead to increased motivation for taking part in future cooperation with teachers and students from other European countries. The project actions were designed to broaden the methods of foreign language teaching and learn new ICT tools. The implementation of them during the lessons will result in more attractive and successful process of teaching and learning. The objectives of the project are:1. Learning new teaching practices and methods 2. Improving English language competence3. Learning new ICT tools, ICT methodologies and ICT competence 4. Building networks of international contacts5. Promoting foreign languages learning to teenagers and their parentsThe project starts with preparations including linguistic preparations of participants before departure. Then there are mobility activities planned which are followed by implementation of the mobility activities. There will be partial evaluation of the activities at every stage of the project. The holistic evaluation as well as dissemination and use of the project’s outcomes will be the final stage of the project.There are five teachers taking part in the project . They are the most motivated, active and experienced educators in the fields of English language competence and using ICT tools and IC T methodology. In the project there are also involved other teachers, students , their parents and local partners as the outcomes of the project will have impact on them. The project will result in sharing improved competences and experiences acquired by staff participating in the mobility activities with other teachers. Improved teaching methods, new ICT tools and modern ICT methodology will be demonstrated during ‘open lessons’ and all the teachers will be trained how to integrate new good practices and methods into daily work with students. It will create more dynamic, committed and professional environment inside school and increase effectiveness and satisfaction in daily work of both teachers and students. The benefits of participating in Erasmus + projects and the forms of improved professional competences will be published on the official web page of the school and e-Twinning. Due to mobility activities and contacts with teachers from European countries we have better awareness of the European projects and we increased our motivation and improved skills for organizing and taking part in international projects. We are planning to find partners and join Key Action 2 projects. We will encourage our school teachers to participate in Erasmus + projects.
