The Szemere Bertalan Secondary School, Vocational School and College of SZC Miskolc, would like to take part in ERASMUS + KA1 project. Our vocational school offers education service on seven large fields within seventeen different trainings. With our actual project we want to send 55 students for international placement internship. We would send them in four groups. The four groups contains students from the following professions: hairdresser, beautician, automechanic and automotive electronics technician. 40% of our students are handy-capped students.The groups:Milan: 13 automechanic and automotive electronics technician in two shift (one shift is 3 week long).Vienna: 15 beautician and 11 hairdressers in two shift (one shift is 3 week long).Date of the mobility: 2016. September-October.Therefore two groups are going to travel to Milan and two other groups are going to travel to Vienna. The groups are going to shift each other, right after the three week long mobiltiy ends, the other one starts. In this way the full length of the mobility is six weeks. The second shifts of the students will work exactly on the same workplaces, doing the same jobs as the previous ones, thus it is easier for the workplace, because they have interns for a longer period and the students are able to share their experience to each other. All groups will have two accompanying teachers.Our goal is to help students to gain professional experience and practice by taking part in professional training at foreign institutes and factories abroad. Thus enriching their professional knowledge, improving their language skills, broadening their horizon and ultimately improve their employment opportunities. Therefore our school’s aim for our students is to get familiar with another country’s professional work standards and national culture, history and language. The selected hostcompanies can provide practical information and exercise that will improve the students’ professional skills and abilities to become competent in the employment market. Working in a foreign language environment, the after-work and week-end social and cultural events help their personal and social development.The hostcompanies will provide workshops and constantly monitor, evaluate the work of the students. Increasing the tendency of mobility and working abroad among students and teachersOur beautician students can learn the standards of local client management and relationship, applications and practical use of new electro-cosmetic equipment, personal and technical conditions of establishing beauty-salons abroad. They can have an insight into the most popular facial and body treatments. Learn about the most sought after cosmetic treatments.The mechanic and automotive electronics technician students can gain an insight into the leading European car manufacture and authorized service technologies, methods and the installation of modern diagnostic tools. In addition they can learn the knowledge of warehouse management and logistics. Learn about environmentally friendly practices and recycling systems of car-wreckage. In a professional point of view they gain a greater perspective by insight into the work experience abroad. The students can extend their working methods and experience.
