The project of MEET via VET (Multimedia Experiences of Experts and Tutors via Vocational Education and Training) involves 14 participants of tutors and stakeholders with VET. The beneficiaries are tutors, teachers and stakeholders, who are experts in theoretical and practical education of vocational training. They carry out the project of knowledge exchange via vocational oriented education. The project focuses on learning new elements, methods of VET in order to deepen and widen the vocational skills and to implement and apply the most-up-dated and latest Information and Communication Technologies combined Multimedia Applications through the channel of Vocational English. The major aim of the project to refine vocational English in VET and to specify interactions, dialogues and intercommunication in sound, photo, video and digitalized formats to represent ESP. Tutors of the team have the strength to possess the VET orientation and knowledge while students' strength is to be able to utilize the modern multimedia tools as on their daily basis. Youngsters have a primary skill to gain knowledge by ICT but tutors have the secondary skill in the same theme. Tutors and stakeholders acquire and sort out the compulsory, authentic, thematic studies, and they are to select the original and life-like interactions. ESP such as Vocational English applies online platforms as they are spread by everyday use. Having learnt the acquired knowledge youngsters and their tutors as well should learn the time-bounding and time measuring techniques in infochange. Participants of MEET via VET project take part in workshops, technical visits dealing with the following topics; - teaching techniques in filtering methods, scanning and skimming reading, - recording vocational dialogues, - identifying vocational language terms,- demonstrate creative learning activities, - operate smart techniques and put these applications into practice. Life-long learning is essential in the world of dynamic, ongoing changes to be able to answer the world of digital reality and virtual knowledge-based issues. The stages of traditional education have changed as education is interwoven by IT platforms which are popular with teens. In addition to this, it supports professional development in vocational training too. Our project targets the educational exchanges to deepen the professional development of tutors by the authentic, vocational English and enlarge the information-flow with the best practices. Beneficiaries of MEET via VET assist to acknowledge and find the best solution to uncover parallel modules and similarities into the trades' modules. During the mobility each element of specific components and skills is the display of trades. Having learnt the trades’ specifications would mean not only applying the general studies but also obtaining multilateral scopes in education as well. Our experts are empowered by the knowledge and acquaintance of native, social contact in VET. Consequently, our project overall aim is: to support the participants in developing their VET +ESP expertises, develop their capacities in order to transfer information channelled by ICT applications and their added value. Steps of programme realization:1. Project planning with the guidance of participants (list project aims, goals) 2. Project Management Schedule 3. Presentation of Theme content plan of the 2-week-period 4. Preparatory studies (8 events) in Miskolc based on the Learning Agreement and MOU signed by NWA 5. Project realization in Northern Ireland mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. 6. Implementation 7. Dissemination and follow up activities. Each member of MEET via VET works out the daily report and feed-back surveys. Finally our project outcomes will be planted in the educational concept of our institute and vocational schools in the region.
