United Europe offers modern man the opportunity to use its diversity in order to form a European who is conscious of himself and the world, equipped with the key competences, active and open to the needs of others, eager for new knowledge and able to undertake a variety of activities. Developing such features is a fundamental task of modern schools and possible to complete only by a competent teaching staff. Therefore, teachers improve their skills by participating in various forms of training. Another action in this regard is to participate in training under the Mobility of teaching staff. In the project "The world is a journey and those who do not travel read only one page" will be three teachers involved. Two of them have chosen to take part in a language course improving language skills. The headmaster wants to expand her professional skills in the cross-cultural project management. The immediate goal of our activities is: better knowledge of English, a greater understanding of social, linguistic and cultural diversity and a greater sensitivity to them, better management skills, and improving the quality of the preparation, implementation, monitoring and follow-up of EU projects. Participation in courses creates additional opportunity to obtain partners for future collaboration. Additional positive results arising from participation in the training will include teamwork skills, social skills, which will impact on the effects of work with children, and in the longer term will improve the quality of work of the teaching institution. Additional benefit will be improving the image of the school in the local environment.
