The project aims at organising a mobility of 7 teachers of Vocational education centre Millennium for the purpose of professional qualification with methodology training and sharing of experience in Tellus Group, the UK. The main aim of the project is for the teachers to learn about the latest and most modern tendencies and methods in vocational education, to develop their professional teaching skills and competences in accordance with the European standards and latest trends in vocational education in Europe. The group consists of specialists in vocational education with experience in teaching special subjects as well as foreign languages for specific purposes. The teachers are highly motivated in their professional development for acquiring practical skills which could be implemented immediately and directly in their everyday practice for improving the quality of teaching and vocational training in our institution. In this way the mobility will have a direct effect on the educational process and will correspond to the needs of our students for quality training and their broad interests and ambitions for professional qualification at European level and opportunities for further realization in multinational environment with the profession they are learning. Our students have chosen Information technologies as their speciality, which is one of the fastest developing specialities with main priority and a lot of potential necessitating highly specialised skills and training. That is why we would like to introduce in their training the latest European achievement in the field. Tellus Group has long experience in training teachers, with numerous successful projects, seminars and teacher-training events and we believe that they will be very useful with their expertise by organising for the group of teachers a wide range of activities, included in the programme of the training: lectures and fruitful discussions, high quality presentations, observations and demonstrations of the most modern methodology of teaching and learning as well as modern systems for school management and course design for various subjects and specialities, implementing the IT and all sorts of new online resourses for teaching, testing and evaluation, suitable for vocational training and leading to reliability and validity of professional qualifiaction in Europe.
