Rechercher des projets européens

Sviluppo sul Territorio Italiano dell'Imprenditorialità
Date du début: 1 oct. 2010,

The development of entrepreneurship culture among young people is an essential element for improving the quality of future start-ups.It is crucial to disseminate effective tools and examples of project results/good practices, developed at the European level, in order to stimulate teachers and trainers to implement educational initiatives targeted at the youngest in this field. A research carried out by CLP (2009) focusing on the perception of entrepreneurship among VET and university students, stressed a number of stereotypes acting as an obstacle to the involvement in future start ups.In Italy, education and training activities aimed at developing entrepreneurial culture among young people up to now are mostly based on corporate knowledge aspects, and they are not able to transfer concepts like success or to motivate them on liberal professions and entrepreneurship. The same applies to universities where training paths about entrepreneurial culture are absent or sporadic.Expected outputs/products: 1) publication of a directory of funded initiatives having produced pedagogical approaches/tools to be adapted to national needs and disseminated via web or on IT supports2) organisation of conferences targeted at teachers/trainers involving around 150 people (25/30 each conference)3) implementation of a training initiative targeted at education/training institutions in the forthcoming years 4) enhancement of networking activities between CLP schools, universities, training centres and decision makers in the field of education/training (i.e. Regional School Admin.; University of Genova; etc.).The expected impact is twofold: to increase sensitivity to entrepreneurship issues, particularly among teachers and trainers across the educational system and to disseminate teaching approaches/methodologies and successful projects implemented both at the national or European level able to stimulate future initiatives in the field of entrepreneurship education.
