The aim of the Seminar is to develop competence in enhancing youth participation in European energy resources initiatives related to global environmental challenges and climate change, learning to promote the necessity for European identity and citizenship in order to ensure better future with environmental sustainability and stimulate regional and European cooperation between different actors which are working on environmental issues in the youth field.The seminar will improve knowledge of 26 participants coming from 11 European countries how to enhance youth participation as an instrument for change, highlight its importance and share best practices, learn them how to improve the position of youth in decision making processes and raise the power of youth in various aspects of the society, especially environmental issues. Participants will learn how energy resources impact on global environmental challenges and climate change, examine the sustainability of current practice in Europe and learn about and give critics to European standpoints on Energy issues, institutions, initiatives and current policies sharing the experiences of Regional and national stakeholders in environmental protection and best practices of how to increase the youth voice and influence.The Project plans to emphasize European Citizenship and conclude on its advantages and ways for common actions and initiatives, together with sharing of the best examples of the strong cooperation, together with underlining the need for it, its efficiency and benefits.Seminar will be done by following principles of non formal education ,celebrating diversity, promoting European citizenship and European Identity and use that as a tools for youth cooperation and empowerment.The Project will raise capacity of CDN membership, make Network stronger and improve member cooperation.Duration of the event is 5 working days. The venue of the event is set up to be in Tirana, Albania and hosted by Albanian Green Youth
