Date du début: 1 juil. 2014, Date de fin: 31 déc. 2014 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The networking of civil society organizations from Central and Eastern Europe is one of the basic goals of our work. We have repeatedly notived that our members find it difficult to build and maintain an active and sustainable network, because that requires not only a long period of time and adequate resources , but also an active confrontation with the concept of networking itself. Objectives of the project were the mediation of the network approach and to encourage the networking of European youth organizations; establish a network of individual actors and youth work organizations for a productive and constructive exchange of knowledge , thereby promoting European cooperation; provide the impetus for participants to no longer implement youth activities alone , but in cooperation with other organizations. Participants: In total around 60 people from Germany, Poland, Ukraine , Belarus and Romania have participated in the project. The target group of the project are young active and motivated people who want to engage or are already active in one of our member organisations or other other initiatives and are interested in international networking. Activities: The first activity was a six-day basic-training for 16 participants from Germany , Romania, Ukraine, Poland and Belarus and functioned as the cornerstone of the entire project. It was an entry for young active people from our partner countries that have newly joined our member initiatives and collect their first experiences in project work. The project's goal was to get to know permaculture as a design for living and organizational development and thereby contribute to the development of our member initiatives. The second activity was a six-day training course for 20 participants, mainly dedicated to the international experience-exchange regarding existing networks in each country . The aim of the activity was to get to know different Polish organizations and to develop a strategy to develop InMOE network in Poland together. "Building Trust Through Network Approach. A Workshop On Network - Development" was a training for 25 participants from Belarus , Ukraine, Poland, Romania and Germany, who were already largely part of our network. Content of the course were the fundaments and different approaches to networking, experience exchange and the concrete implementation of network theory in the organizational structure of the participants. The four-day training is designed to give participants the opportunity to actively reflect on their networking and learning from each other . In addition to the theoretical inputs , the training focuses on the participation of the participants. In general, we have reached an improvement and intensification of the network activities of the Initiative for Central and Eastern Europe and the individual participating member organizations. The participants have learned how networks work, how they can be constructed from country to country and what the benefits and difficulties are. The individual activities were aimed at aspects of this effect . The activity A1 aimed to motivate young people and enable them to find themselves in civil society networks and to discover their potentials. They brought fresh air into the work by learning permaculture as a design for personal and organizational development. In activity A2 the country specificity of networks was primarily in the focus. The activity A3 was a classical training, that worked with interactive methods to encourage the participant to exchange experiences in networking. Participants learned to analyze their experiences and problems and deal with innovative methods of networking . The network of Initiative for Central and Eastern Europe , which participants were invited to join, provides, additionally to trainings, the possibilitiy to exchange with other actors of youth work in Central and Eastern Europe. Members can participate in at least three annual trainings, receive project-funding and can parctice networking with European partners.
