Sustainable economy through training of professional human resource

The target group will consist of 30 students of grade 10th. They are all technicians in economic activities, they are in training at the College of Economic Arad. The project will provide training to our students at the high quality, at European standards, according to the specified curricula contained in module 7 "Payment instruments", according to UC 25 of SPP, approved by Annex. 1 to OMEdC no. 3171 of 30.01.2006. Investment period is 3 weeks (90 hours) and coincides with the curriculum approved by Annex 1 to OMECI no. 3423 / 18.03.2009 for this qualification. The practical training module "Payment instruments" performed by placement in a real competitive economic environment will have a significant impact on the development of skills, abilities and knowledge of participants, contributing to the development of specific skills like: identification and characterization of different payment methods, production and use payment instruments, manual and electronic typing of these instruments, development circle payment instruments, recording economic transactions in accounting using payment instruments. The project will respond to the following training needs of our students: - practice experience and training at a high level; - checking the theoretical knowledge acquired at school in a foreign environment work; - opportunity to work with experts in the field; - skills improved to help them prevail in finding a job, both at home and abroad; - attitudes, values and an appropriate behavior for an European work environment that contributes to the development of entrepreneurship; - certificate and diplomas recognized in the European Union; - a greater mobility of students in European countries; - improve their level of communication in a foreign language; - linking the curricula with labor market requirements; - an attractive, efficient practice-training related to their level of learning; - to connect their training needs to their chosen field The training sessions will be held in June-July 2016.The learning process will be organized 2 groups. They will go in the two host organizations: Chamber of Commerce and CDA College Nicosia Paphos. In the partnership will be involved CONSULTING LTD RIVENSCO as an intermediary organization. It will organize the subsistence during the internship and also the cultural program. The objectives of the project are: O1: achievement of skills, abilities and work experience for Romanian pupils in their economical –services training in a another European country in order to be able to practice their qualification as technicians in economical activities and to adapt to the labor market in Romania and Europe. O2: enhancing communication at work in their specific field , preparing to get a good team work and an effective communication in a foreign language and the mother tongue( Romanian). O3: Improving the language skills of the pupils involved in the project and expanding the cultural horizons of a cultural impact in a European country. Results: Short term: -30 teenagers with improved competences, knowledge and skills at European level regarding payment instruments; -30 personal portfolio comprising materials developed during the training abroad , the internship and their practice after -30 Students be able to express themselves fluently in English, to communicate orally and written, to master the specialized terms in the field -materials for promotion and dissemination: 50 CDs, 5 posters, 50 presentation booklets/folders; -multiplication of formative experience by creating and establishing training firms -transposing the formative experience in an Auxiliary Curricular on the theme "European payment instruments" (30 pcs.) - a Romanian-Cypriot -dicţionary, including specialized terms Long term: - Facilitated insertion in the labor market participants -New applications for proposals, even on other programs
