The participants of the project were students of Oscar Technical College of Economics. The two-week IVT took part in Spain, Sevilla and two groups of 20 students plus two teachers participated in it - the first group from 6 June 2015 to 17 June 2015 and the other group was from 6 July 2016 to 17July 2016. The most crucial part of the IVT was work experience in an appropriate company; students learning in the field of hotel managenent were placed in hotels and restaurants, students from the major tourism had their initial training in travel agencies, and in tourist information points.The trainees could observe professionals at work, learn new and develop possessed skills.The companies which provided the work experience places had been thoroghly checked, and the duties discussed. As the tourism sector has been developing , beneficiaries had a chance to learn the new innovative approach to own business, the promotion, management and marketing. The could see as Spanish enterprenuers take care of tourists, guests and customers, what activities have a good influence on the atmosphere at work and the relations in a team. Apart from the initial training all the participants took part in business workshops and Spanish course. The work experience was from 8am to 2pm, after the lunch break participants had the workshops and a Spanish course according to the schedule. They learned Spanish in Sevilla and used it in real life situations in Spain. During the initial vocational training the participants attended a business workshop. It was focused on the Sustainable Tourism Initiative, how to introduce it in the business, how to get finances on own firm, how to take care of the environment, how to make the workplace attractive and how to encourage tourists and guests to use the services. During the workshops participants worked in teams. Each team created their own leisure company with the multicultural aspect. All of them had had a business-language course and learned business English sector language at school on the preparatory course so during the workshops provided by specialists they gained practical knowledge how to set up own company ( writing business plan). Then, they learned how to run, promote and manage the company ( paperwork and marketing). After that they were obliged to establish a leisure business in a team: think up the name. logo, area and type of activity. They prepared a business plan and made a presentation of it. The participants got certificates with notification of their skills and qualifications from the foreign partner, employers, association, collegue and Europass.
