Considering these data, our country's agricultural potential and resources are not used efficiently. In many cases, persons who actually carry out teaching duty are the ones who are not much in the forefront in the adult education, who work part time in the adult education field, or who do not define themselves as an adult educator since this duty is only part of their job. In particular, our union, our cattle breeders to take part in the international competition by providing the use of new technologies and methods. Provide training and consulting services to the international dimension has been holding between future goals.
