In 2014 Tahir Merzeci Secondary School Counseling Department made a research to determine the dropout students reasons for leaving the school. The result shows 10 % of the dropouts are the students who need special education. This result revealed that we are inadequate about special education .Hence our project team decided to write our project "Reduction of Permanent Absences' and Development of Autistic Children Education Class in EU Standards". By the means of this Project, we aim to gain our absences' who need special education and try to provide AB standard of teaching methodology in The Autistics classroom. Unfortunately there is no adequate teacher for giving lesson in the Autistics Classroom ,as a result of this we have made a deep search to find out the most effective special education course and we have stated Edukarjala ( its experimental style of teaching differs it from the other special education courses) in Finland whose education level is one of the highest and also there is a very little difference between their highest and lowest students in an academic level. In Finland the most significant part of their special education is to make their staff qualified . Tahir Merzeci Secondary School which is the owner of the project application has sufficient administrative and financial capacity at the phase of implementation. Acquired experience about project partnerships will be reflected in the project of ' Reduction of Permanent Absences' and Development of Autistic Children Education Class in EU Standards ' in a positive way. Our project will include 12 specialist teachers who will take course for children with special educational needs. The capacity and competence of teachers involved in the project will increase with the help of the course and the investigation of European standards in its place. Placement activities, training programs aimed at increasing the mobility of a 5-day special education capacity in Finland will be held in October 2015. Implementation of dissemination activities will be 12 months during the Project. In accordance with the specified working program, educational practice activities will be held in Finland by the host institute EDUKARJALA, which will also ensure that the project studies will be put into action by the supervision of master trainers and consultants as to the Erasmus+ KA1 the learning mobility of individuals program. At the end of the project, 12 staff will be trained on special education practices. Participants’ achievements resulting from the placement and putting these achievements' into action will be an important stage in terms of dissemination of project results. The implementation of the results will increase the local and national situation-awareness as it will take place in the local and national press. The project results and the specialized staff, having experienced the project experience will be shared both with local and national institutions. The personnel involved in the training will gain awareness and understanding of the EU framework for vocational qualifications and the EU legislation. The expected long-term impacts; for more efficient use of EU funds at local level the staff whose awareness are raised will be knowledgeable about the EU financial resources.
