"Sürdürülebilir Çevre ve Yenilenebilir Enerjide Temel Mesleki Eğitim Uygulamalarının Geliştirilmesi"
Date du début: 1 sept. 2014, Date de fin: 31 août 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Energy is the most important input of the economy, a commodity that directs the world diplomacy and because of the effects of the climate change the most effective arbiter of the economic, social and geographical layout of the world in the future. Energy efficiency policies aim to generate a sustainable development, safety supply and a livable environment. Energy efficiency requires a major transformation in lighting, structures, equipment, goods, industry, energy equipment and all the other sectors. Energy efficiency is not only save you money. At the same time it means new jobs, employment, opportunity and profit. Energy efficiency is a long-term process that includes the right technology, social awareness and public regulation. In this context, the European Union produces new targets and strategic plans by planning the works on energy efficiency and employment policies as a long term process. The European Union updates the Green Paper Declaration which sets out the objectives in the field of energy policy at certain intervals. The Green Paper presents an energy strategy which is very important for the Europe and its citizens about renewable energy, energy efficiency and employment in this field. This energy efficiency initiative will also play an important role in the realization of the two basic principles of the Lisbon Strategy which says " More growth , more employment ". Being a European Union candidate, a developing country and having a dependent structure on foreign energy,Turkey has to have drastic changes in energy efficiency and employment policies in this area. The Green Economy in Turkey is not understood well yet. For example, it is required to have energy efficiency report cards in the process of improving the existing buildings, generalize and institutionalize the green building certifications (LEED, Breeze, GREENSTAR ) in our country as well which are planned and implemented in both developed and developing countries, to expedite the work of eco ideas , eco building and green environmental efforts, to make the new buildings leave their consumer identity and turn into the energy-producing ones. According to the calculations of the United Nations Environment Program, investments aimed to improve the energy efficiency , under certain assumptions, will be able to create 20 percent more employment in these sectors by 2050. In this context, the primary objectives of our project can be grouped under two titles. 1. Using solar energy in living areas. 2. Promoting the use of hybrid vehicles and cycling as public transport 3. Constructing undergrounds and multi-storey car parks according to the methods of renewable energy. 4.Limiting the asphalt area around the buildings. 5. Effective the usage of rain water and sewage systems. 6.Using reflective and / or green roof 7. Lighting / shading systems. 8. Using energy efficient air conditioning facade systems. 9. Constructing conditioning systems according to the environmental standards. 10. Using renewable energy sources (wind , geothermal energy, photovoltaic panels, technology , etc. ). 11.Water-saving plumbing systems 12. Gray water collection and usage systems 13. Selecting and using of recyclable, recycled and local materials. 14. Reusing the existing applicable structural elements. 15.Controlling and managing the usage of the constructional waste. 16. Selecting / using of the carcinogenic gas emitting interior materials for the indoor air quality control17. Making it possible to learn and generalize how the new technologies and implementations are being practiced in Europe such as using solar energy in living areas. The other most important objective of our project includes the energy efficiency, generalizing the new energy production models and implementing these models to living areas, contributing the development of ISO, DIN and CEN standards, training equipped technical staff in these areas and supplying them employment. The project aims to support the experiences of both the participants and all the technical staff working in the area where the energy efficiency and use of renewable energy sources are taken into consideration in building automation.Through this activity the formation of qualified human resources, the opening of new business areas, activating, the labor market are among the expected results. Our participant group is consisted of the 10th, 11th and 12th grade students who have basic vocational training in vocational high schools. The mobility activity will be held on between 10 May-30 May 2015. It will be held as 3 simultaneous flow, as 3 groups in the institutions in Germany, Sweden and Spain that will be organized by our partners. The expected impacts of our project are a better learning performance, enhanced employability and career advancement prospects, enhancing personal development and self-reliance, reinforced intercultural awareness, active social participation and increasing foreign language proficiency.
