The problems and needs which have led to this project are firstly connected with the lack of an regional or local strategy for enhancing their active participation within the Structured Dialogue, a week informing of young people from Bacau County about the importance of their active participation at decision level in the elaboration of local youth policies, a low number of Structured Dialogue projects in Bacau county, but also general need of a Support Group to inform, to consult, to train and to facilitate the young people access within the Structured Dialogue at Bacau county level and to develop resource people for the Structured Dialogue. This why, the project aims:To develop a sustainable tool for increasing the level of active participation of young people from vulnerable groups or with fewer opportunities from Bacau County in the Structured Dialogue.To inform 150 young people from Bacau County about the importance of active participation at decision level in the elaboration of local youth policies.To create the background for the development of 6 local youth initiatives from Bacau County, following the young people needs, and to support them through inform activities, consultations, training and facilitation of meetings with decision makers. To develop resource persons for the support of active participation Dialogue of the young people from Bacau County in the Structured.To facilitate the best practices exchange between the NGOs from Bacau County for the development of a Structured Dialogue Support Group for the young people.There are more categories of beneficiaries and actors that will be involved in the project activities: young people from Bacau County, especially young people with fewer opportunities (students or volunteers), decision makers (from the local authorities) and experts (youth workers). All the young beneficiaries need firstly to be motivated, encouraged and supported in their initiatives, but also to develop themselves personally, professionally and socially. In total, within the project’s activities there will be involved 334 participants, from which more than 150 with fewer opportunities.The project will start with an informing and consulting campaign, where more than 150 young people from 5 different cities will be informed about the Structured Dialogue and will be consulted about their own needs for growing their initiatives; After we will implement 2 different activities where 6 different initiatives in 2 different fields (education and youth) will be developed; A working meeting with the local authorities where the young people initiatives will be presented and promoted. Through this activity we want to involve the decision makers in supporting the young people initiatives. After this activity, the 5 initiative groups will have 3 months to implement their initiatives, while we will implement a pilot Support Group that will support and facilitate their active involvement within the Structured Dialogue. The last activity will be a regional seminary with the decision makers where we will develop an regional strategy for supporting the Structured Dialogue in Bacau County and we will found the Structured Dialogue Support Group.Methods: interactive presentations, group working, facilitated talks, active and creative learning methods, socio educative animation, teambuilding games, energizers, problems tree, objectives tree, analyze, SWOT, planning methods, reflection and evaluation methods, training and facilitation methods, debate, open space technology, etc.Expected outcomes and impact: the platform dialogstructurat.ro, a best practice guide, a visual tool for promoting the active participation of young people within the Structured Dialogue, o regional Strategy for supporting the young people participation within the Structured Dialogue, The Structured Dialogue Support Group; Also we expect that the young participants to develop key competences, the involvement of a big number of NGOs and public institutions at Bacau County level, the increase of Structured Dialogue projects in Bacau County, the development of a sustainable partnership at Bacau County level for promoting the active participation of young people within in Structured Dialogue and for young people initiative support.
