Structure of a Cross-channel Network for Education and Initial and Further Training

To structure a Cross-Channel network of actors in education and training and people of the economical world to facilitate, develop and to guarantee the quality of the professional mobility. The structuring of the network relies on the support of the IT, the creation and the access of bilingual support allowing a better mutual knowledge of the environments and systems and of the help tools of the organisation of the mobility.
