The project focused on learning and teaching fields which school educational programs have shifted specialization in mechanical engineering and mechatronics. The intention of the project was the participation of twelve selected students in Globus, Fabryka Pil i Narzędzi "Wapienica" Association of o.o. Bielsko-Biala in Poland and in the company VODRÁŽKA, Ltd. Golden Moravce in the Slovak Republic. The main objective of the project was to gain practical experience in engineering. It was a work in welding, stamping and machine tools and work in CNC machining center. The internship took place in countries that are politically and economically comparable with the Czech Republic. The fact ensure transferability of knowledge and skills to the home environment. Participants of internships in addition were familiar with the various operations acquired practical knowledge of their field. Another goal was to determine what is the develop level of machinery in the given area and how their specifics are differing from domestic conditions. Students were in direct contact with the staff of the respective operations, however their also were cooperated, in the context of their work activities and leisure time, with home students, who were the other participants in this project. This fact undoubtedly strengthens language skills and formed personal qualities such as adaptability, autonomy and active approach to life. The expected outcome of this project was to increase the student´s motivation to work in their chosen field and acquired practical skills used in a future labour market. Implementation of mobility concerned to persons of participating institutions, who have responsibility in organizational and professional aspects. It was the deputy headmasters for special training and practice and staff of companies who lead the students directly during the realization of project. These experiences contributed to deepening of international cooperation.
