The project is focused on branches of studies that are specialized in engineering in their school educational programs. The purpose of this project is a participation of 24 students who will be divided into 4 exchange scholarships. The first group of 12 students will take part in an exchange scholarship in a company GLOBUS in Bielsko-Bialé in Poland. The second group of 12 students will take part in an exchange scholarship in a company VODRÁŽKA, s.r.o. in Zlaté Moravce in Slovakia. The main aim of this project is to gain experiences in field of engineering. It is about a work with compression and machining machines and in CNC centre. The exchange scholarship will take place in countries that are similar as the Czech Republic in economy and policy area. This fact guarantees a transfer of gained knowledge and skills to the domestic environment. The participants of the project will gain practical knowledge about their branch of study. The next aim of the project is to discover a level of engineering and its specifics in a given region and the differences from the domestic conditions. The students will be in a direct contact not only with adults of companies, they will cooperate during the work and free time activities with the students of the hosting schools, who become the participants of the project too. An awaited output of the project is an increased motivation of students to work in a chosen field of study. Realization of mobility refers to the persons of participating institutions that ensure the project in organization and special part – deputy headmasters for special training and practice and staffers of companies who will lead the students directly during the realization of project.
