SLMSC is a new free approach to learning for the meat sector. The aim of the training programme is to enable small abattoirs, butchers & meat processors to add value to their products and services in order to survive and thrive in an increasingly competitive market.Available on line at www.slmsc-project.eu, the training modules cover areas that heretofore have not been widely available for the meat sector.
