Project ˝Street show connection˝ objectives are to teach entrepreneurship skills to youngsters through planning, organisation and implementation of a street show. Through non formal education and learning by doing, project aims to improve the level of key competences and skills of young people; how to take initiative, turn project idea into action, to be creative and innovative, to take a risk, to plan and manage projects, to be aware of different working contexts and to be able to optimally use given opportunities for own development. Target group of the project is youth interested in performing and culture. Youth involved in performing and culture are mostly freelancers with poor working conditions, struggling to find a job. Because of this conditions and high rate of unemployment among this youth, our target group is classified as youth with fewer opportunities. Reason for doing this project is raising awareness of developing entrepreneurship skills to increase youth employability of our target group. Through 5 months of a project 34 youngsters from Poland, Slovenia, Spain and Croatia will cooperate on putting together a street show event on the streets of Zagreb. Street show will consist of planning and organising a street show event and participating in a street show event. Participants will develop activities and design all elements of an event by themselves with support and supervision of group leaders. Project activities are directly connected to Erasmus plus objectives to improve level of key competences and skills of youngsters, develop basic and transversal skills of entrepreneurship, promote young people's social inclusion and well-being through tackling issue of youth unemployment, promotion of practice of outdoor activities, fostering social inclusion and active participation of young people in society. Project mobility took place in Zagreb, Croatia from 23.04. - 30.04.2016. Coordinating organisation is Urbana mladež, Croatia while partners are Dom kultury Služewsky, Poland, NGO Stars, Slovenia and On The Ground, Spain. Tangible results of the project are street show event on the streets of Zagreb and video of this street show. Intangible results of the project are participants knowledge, skills and attitudes acquired by participating in a project; improved sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, improved social and civic competence, better cultural awareness and expression, improved ability to learn, improved digital competence by using ICT during the project, improved mathematical competence and basic competences in science and technology by working with finances, improved communication in english during the mobility and in phase of preparing the project and follow up activities. Desired impact of the project at the local, regional, national and European level is to increase the rate of self-employment of the youth, reduce the rate of unemployment among young people and increase number of entrepreneur youngsters.
