The project - street art and public space - wants and needs to be a project or youth is at the heart of reflection on the place that he can / must take in the city, the city is a place of life and practices.We want to give young people a chance to participate in the life of the city, to be active citizens and enable them to contribute to the development of their environment.1 / thinking time2 / laboratory creations3 / recovery4 / performance artThrough exchange time, reflection, confrontation and experience of everyone in its territory, we will exploit the riches, strengths, weaknesses, but also unusual for the city as a large playground.We will have the opportunity to ask questions about the report and young people in the City.How can young people take ownership of their environment and the relationship with the locals?The artistic media will be all kinds: temporary clipping street furniture, creating an exploratory journey with stencils, affixing stickers, ligth-painting.The purpose is to offer free plastic and ephemeral work to passers.This laboratory creations will be done on a high point, -the artistically event to invite people to take a different look on (their) city. We will be in a participatory approach.This laboratory will be led by a group of artists of the territory.As another highlight, we will try to allow an artist to make an artistic performance (eg Graph on a wall).Obviously the project will be realized in conformity and compliance with regulations occupation of public spaces materials!A valuation of each of these moments will ridge with a tool: the web radio of the MJC and video support.Finally, to leave a trace of this collective experience, we will ask an artist confirmed to perform an artistic performance, such as a graph.The ultimate goal of this European meeting, is to enable young people to find their place in the city, Promote the active citizenship of young people. This reflection is certainly common, shared and universal.In terms of learning acquired through a collective experience, we assume that young people will have developed and strengthened for greater openness, confidence and social skills.Non-formal education as a learning process will be at the heart of our project.
