Project partners are dealing with the common problem of weak local and regional capacity for productive investment attraction. Therefore partners will analyse the investment environment in Latgale and Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant region and will develop a clear strategy as well as innovative ICT tools to attract investments to their region making it more capable to meet the challenges, create prosperity and promote economic development.The project supports the 8th Priority Area of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region - Entrepreneurship, SMEs and human resources - addressing the need for strengthening the general conditions for growth, as well as strengthened cooperation between business support structures.
