Because of the ongoing changes in the educational field and the changing demands, a further education must be continued during the years. Because of our certificate of EDUQUA it is mantadory for the staff to attend some courses to improve the organisational and thematic skills every year. While attending thematic courses the knowledge about the new main topic of the house, the reduction of stress and timemanagement, will become deeper and more profound. During the courses there will be an exchange with a similar educational place, where the courses are happening. On this courses there will be 4 persons of the staff-team who will take part of it: the head of the educational program, the main accountant and coordinator as well as the responsible person for the media and advertisement. The participants all have experience in the relevant fields. The main activity will be the attendance of some courses for improving the theoretical and practical skills in the field of an educational center. Because the courses take part in education centers, the courses can be used to build up strategic connections and to exchange theoretical and organisational skills. As a result the new knowledge should become a part of the new courses and the network in the field will be stronger. This direct transaction of the knowledge makes it possible to be on the newest level and to succeed the challenges of the time.
