The objective is to encourage the participants to reflect upon European topics and to involve them in the discussion on the construction and the future of the European Agenda. The TC intends to develop youth workers’ competences that contribute to a spirit of mutual understanding and respect on a local, national and European level. The work programme will schedule the following activities: Exchange of Good Practices, Presentation, Discussion and Comparison, Icebreaking, Energizers, Intercultural Evening, Learning Moment, Case studies, Open Space, Round Table, Braimstorming, Working Group, Teambuilding, Workshop, Daily Evaluation , Projects management and Networking,The working methods envisaged are based on the principles of non-formal education which promotes the active learning, the permanent interaction among trainers and facilitators and the peer exchange of knowledge: both are based on the learning by doing and on the horizontal cooperation between participants, in order to ensure the individual personal and professional development. Furthermore, this training course also offers the space for establishment of new network and cooperation for future international youth projects. A final product of the project will be the realization of an APP on non-formal methodology that will be used as dissemination product to use during the work with youg people and to present at local level by the partnership of the Project.
