In the face of rapidly changing realities resulting from a technological progress and a population migration, a continual education and training of teachers of the foreign language as well as the other subjects taught in our school have become a must. The project will be attended by twelve teachers. In order to adapt to the changing reality, teachers should broaden their knowledge of teaching methodology. In addition, teachers feel the need to introduce new methods and forms of motivating students to learn foreign languages and other subjects. A great emphasis is put on the innovation-related complement to traditional training with e-learning methods, ie. blended learning. A particularly important element for the foreign language teachers is to maintain the level of language teaching in accordance with the European standards. Teachers of other subjects will participate in CLIL trainings / Integrated Learning Language /, as we intend to eventually introduce bilingual education in our school. Participation of teachers in the selected types of trainings will result in upgrading the quality of their work and the knowledge they have . Extending of their workshop will allow teachers to work with students with different levels of intelligence, so that each child will receive a chance for a better development. Improving the quality of work of individual teachers will directly contribute to the better quality of our school, which means that even students from a city of approximately 25,000 residents will have an access to the knowledge at the European level
