Date du début: 1 juin 2016, Date de fin: 30 nov. 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The topics covered in the course of the project have great influence on the evolution of our society. The topics of gender roles in society, and stereotypes raises problems that are incompatible with the respect for human rights, and the notion of a democratic society. With the project, initiated by young people, we aim to promote active civil engagement, social inclusion and solidarity, to fight against discrimination, to increase equal opportunities, and the intercultural sensitivity of young people, to develop competencies, to raise awareness to non-formal and informal learning, to promote the mobility projects of the European Union, and thus increasing the labor market integration of these young people. Representatives of 8 countries with different cultures (5 person group + group leader) participate in the program. With regard to the topic, the number is of partner organizations is relevant; there should be a balance between the number of participants from the program country and the partner country, since the difference between participants of different culture results in greater, deeper the learning outcomes. The topics are processed with non-formal methods. Thanks to the project the participants acquire skills that help them support equality, shared responsibility and justice. Their awareness about European citizenship increases, they become familiar with other languages, other cultures, and their transversal skills improve. They build the knowledge they acquired during the project into their personality, thus contributing to the emergence of a more tolerant and democratic society. They multiply the things they learnt among their own family, community and environment with the help of the tools they acquired during the project. The partner organizations as multipliers, multiply the experiences, contacts, information they gained during the project and pass them on to topical space, local communities. Due to the newly acquired relationships, experiences, and knowledge, they become capable of participate in newer and newer projects both as initiators and executors.
