The changes in the regional labor markets towards pan-European labor markets have influence in the field of primary education, and especially the school beginning. The discussion of educational mission statements, year across the curriculum arrangements and fundamental objectives in the field of teaching and education SAPH now make up a large part of the training in the field of SAPH mainstream branch of our primary school. Intercultural skills and experience in the field of European project management here are an integral part of a European teacher attitude and educators view.The placement of these skills can be carried out on intercultural training courses and project management training. It is important that Saph-teachers from different European countries to meet and visit each other, so that intercultural learning takes place not only during training, but also outside the official events.Furthermore, there is the training one way to find European partners with whom can also be an exchange or joint education planning in the future.Among the SAPH-colleges of Athena Elementary School in the regular school branch intercultural skills are strengthened by the measure and made the project management competence consciously.The 2-4 participants should be prepared to leave to improve their skills abroad, to multiply the idea of European exchanges and be open to proposals from the implementation of their experience in the daily classroom work.The future multipliers will take part in an intercultural project management training and to the intercultural competence in the Athena Elementary School are encouraged by the participation to intensify.The experiences during the training can be a huge motivation for working with European projects in teaching both the participants as well as the further SAPH-colleges of Athena Elementary School and ultimately the pupils.
