In the project 20 potential beneficiaries will be selected among 222 students from X to XII class training in the following professions "Hospitality Administrator"-5 students,"Restaurant keeper "-‘’Production and furnishing of restaurants and places of entertainment ‘’– 4 participants ,‘’Restaurant keeper’’-‘’Catering’’-4 students and " Cook" - 7 participants. Beneficiaries will build up their professional skills and competences, linguistic and cultural preparation through implementation of project activities. The city and the region are rich in history, unique landmarks and tourist attractions that are attractive for domestic and foreign tourists. The favorable location of Vidin on the river Danube makes it an attractive tourist destination for international cruises on the Danube. Belogradchik is known for its natural phenomena "rocks"and "Magura" cave, suggesting the formation of various tourist routes and offering new packages and catering services. This requires well-trained and highly qualified personnel in the hospitality and restaurant industry.The objectives of the project are focused on improving the quality of education and training in accordance with the European requirements of the labor market to create competitive specialists in the field of hospitality and restaurant keeping.Beneficiaries : will acquire higher standards of service in different categories of hotels, restaurants and forming attitudes for practical application experience in the country, will apply what they have learned in school in a real working environment and develop skills to transfer knowledge into practice, will form a cognitive interests by studying the tourist experience and the specifics of culinary products in Andalusia region, will develop skills in using modern contemporary technology, techniques and software for registration and customer service in the hotel, restaurant, kitchen and bar,will promote intercultural and language competences, will develop skills to work and adapt to an unfamiliar environment,will develop qualities such as accuracy, honesty, loyalty, tolerance, precision and discipline, formation of skills for teamwork;Vocational school of tourism "M. Georgiev" :will announce the project objectives among students, their parents and the public of Vidin, will conduct preparatory activities - parent meetings to introduce the project and the conditions for inclusion in the project, input, output tests, selection of potential beneficiaries, additional professional and language training, logistical preparation, transport – insurance for the beneficiaries, health cards, uniforms, signing agreements with the host organization for the conditions of residence and funding activities.Host organization EUROPROYECTOS Erasmusplus S.L. undertakes to provide accommodation, catering and domestic services,maps for local transport, to organize placements, cultural activities, to issue certificates, to complete the final report and monitor compliance with the agreed terms. The acquired by the students’ practical knowledge in service in hotels and restaurants in the countries of the European Union and particularly in Spain will contribute to upgrade and better training of young people.Accumulated information, language practice and experience in service will allow students to apply and develop their professional skills in new technologies, to feel more confident and convincing in defending European priorities in the service and at the same time to be satisfied with the achievements and motivated for lifelong learning. The project is oriented to meet regional needs, beneficiaries will be able to succeed in the labor market by providing diverse and quality services in the region. Spain is well known by people in the Vidin region, as not a few of them live and work in this country. As a partner organization we selected EUROPROYECTOS Erasmusplus S.L.from Spain that is with experience in partnership projects with European funding.The acquired skills will build up the professional training of students : will contribute to the transfer of innovation and good practice in the field of tourism between Bulgaria and Spain, will develop the entrepreneurial spirit of the students and their future labor market, students will be certified with Europass mobility certificate. The students’ mobility combine education and training from different countries, communication and exchange of experience between people with the same jobs that will become more important and will have a direct relationship with the advancement, transfer, accumulation, recognition, development of quality education and will facilitate future recognition and transfer of qualifications in VET,will improve permeability in education and training, will provide validation and efficient functioning of the European and national labor markets.The duration of the project will be12 months but the placement will take place from 21 March to 11April 2017 in the city of Granada,Spain.
