The project involves students of the fourth forms, who in the form of internships abroad continue their obligatory practical training run in the third forms in companies and institutions in the Liberec region. At the same time it allows our students to compare and widen acquired experiences and knowledge.Students get to know not only macroeconomics of a foreign country and its different legislation, but also they can see how various companies and firms are run and directed. Being placed abroad, it gives them wider knowledge in the fields of economy, administration, legislation and accounting; it also strengthens their personal competences, experiences in management, marketing, supplying and sale, as well as administration and financing. Also, thanks to practical trainings abroad, students are fitted out with invaluable working experiences which can positively influence their employment at labour market.Internships abroad are considered very contributive because they help our students realize their own both pluses and minuses, and help them get to know and cope with different customs and habits. They improve their special skills and knowledge of foreign languages because they have to communicate in them. The project is understood as one of the ways how to make the whole educational and pedagogical process more effective and how to help our future graduates to start their professional career and personal development.Under the terms of free labour market in the EU, those internships abroad are a significant contribution which can enable our students while seeking and applying for jobs in other member EU countries, and at the same time it gives them the first opportunity to use their Europasses and ECVET.All conclusions of ECVET are implemented on all project processes.
