The project "Staże zwodowe uczniów ZSEU" is realized by the Zespół Szkół Ekonomiczno-Usługowych in Świętochłowice in cooperation with VITALIS Betreuungsgesellschaft für Modellprojekte mbH Schkeuditz and Training Company Vision Ltd of Portsmouth.Within the project we want to increase the professional qualifications and language learners and support the mobility of project participants in the European labor market. In addition, we want to know the vocational training system operating in Germany and the UK.The main objectives of the project are conditional upon the needs of the participants. Foreign practice is to:- To prepare students for professional work,- To increase the employability of students in the future,- To prepare students for smooth functioning in the modern world.That is why the emphasis in the project has been on the acquisition and improvement of skills possessed by them - general and professional competence.Implementation of the objectives of the project is best to prepare students to enter the labor market because become aware:- What they learn at school, what beyond,- What are the requirements of the labor market,- They have or need to acquire competencies in the future,- How to effectively plan their a professional career.The answers to these questions and the evaluation of the proposed methodological changes in the implementation of apprenticeships will be expected by us results of the project.The project will bring together students:1. technical - in the profession techniques informatics (14 persons) and techniques economist (6)2. The basic vocational school - the following professions: cook (8 people), the seller (4 people), car mechanic (4 persons), electrician (6 people), hairdresser (6 people).We planned 4 mobility of students (2 to the UK and two in Germany).As part of the practices of foreign students:- Raise skills in English / German,- Raise their professional qualifications,- Learn the foreign job market and employers' requirements.- Develop the ability to work in a group,- Increase intercultural awareness.Implementation of the project will improve the image of the school in the local community. Promoting the results of the project we want to mobilize students to learn in schools leading to professional qualifications.A few weeks apprenticeships will also be a good opportunity to encourage participants to assess for themselves their skills (competencies).
