The project goal is the acquisition by participants new professional and language qualifications and personal competence.The objectives are consistent with the tagrets of the Erasmus + Programe:- Will contribute to raising the level of key competencies and skills to match labor market needs;- Contribute to improving foreign language skills and promote language and cultural diversity in the EU;- Broaden the international dimension of training and education.The project participants will be students from Secondary Technical School, of 2nd to 4th year of specializations: IT specialist technician, agribusiness technician and landscape archietcture technician, in total of 32 trainees. After completing preparatory classes students will leave- divided into two groups - on a three-week long internships in Portugal. Both groups will consist of interns of different professions.We expect to achieve the following hard results:- Undergoing by the participants traineeship preparation classes;- Undergoing by participants a language course- Receiving by the participants language course completion certificates of completion;- Receiving by the participants internship preparation classes completion certificates;- Receiving by the participants an internship completion certificates;- Receiving by the project participants Europass Mobility documents;Soft results are:- Gaining new knowledge and skills, increasing the participants chances on the labor market;- Improving foreign language skills;- Expanding the ability to use information and communication technologies;- Acquiring the ability to work in international environment, communicating in a foreign language;- Improving the professional and personal aspirations of participants- Increasing motivation for further learning,- Increasing of sence of duty and discipline;- Gaining knowledge of the history, culture and customs of the host country;- Developing an attitude of tolerance for different customs and behaviors;- Raising the prestige and attractiveness of the school.The project will also bring "hard" material products:- a collection of photos and videos taken by participants during internships and other phases of the project;- eventually trainees blogs;- Presentation outlining the project from the perspective of trainees particular occupations;- The materials gathered during the project evaluation, useful in planning and implementation of similar projects in the future.During impementation of the project we will use methodology created while working on the previous project methodology, which is based on a few main rules. From the first phase (development of project objectives) to the last (dissemination and closure of the project) documentation will be collected and the project team will have clearly defined responsibilities of employees. The project activities have been precisely selected to achieve it’s objectives and planning of budgetary expeses will ensure optimum use of funding in relation to the quality of the project and its effects.For the project participants those internships will be an opportunity to learn self-reliance, improve their self-esteem, strengthen confidence, contribute to personal development and work abroad, often in a multinational team, will allow trainees to know and understand the value of cultural diversity in Europe. Noticing these changes in the attitudes and skills of participants should encourage other students from our school to make further efforts to improve and broaden their skills and gain work experience so valued especially during school education.The project partners will expand knowledge and skills, gain new experiences useful in the development of international activities. Working in the project representatives of school and representatives of partner will get to know people raised in a different culture, which will contribute to an increase of their sensitivity intercultural dialogueissues and diversity of customs and behaviors in other European countries.Through the implementation of the entire project Secondary Schools Complex in Niemce (ZSP Niemce) as the main organizer will gain experience in international cooperation, increase its prestige and popularity among young people, which should improve recruitment.
