JIn conformity with the objectives of the European cooperation program "Education and Training 2020" (ET 2020) our school wants the students participating in the program of mobility to improve the quality of their training. The secondary objective of students' participation is improving their language skills. Involvement in the project is based on the strategic objectives of the school to strengthen and promote training, creativity and entrepreneurial activities of students on the basis of cooperation with the social partners in EU partner countries to give an international dimension to these activities. The main aim is to improve the level of key competencies, knowledge and skills of students and enhance their competitiveness in the labor market in the countries of the European Union.School project plan is based on the fact that students of vocational schools hardly get a job without previous experience in the field of logistics as well as without good knowledge of foreign languages. Our school will choose a group of 15 students of second, third and fourth grades whose fields of study is transportation and logistics, and logistics and financial services. The students will be highly interested in the subject studied, and will show technical and language skills to work in a foreign company.During the internship, the students will carry out activities in the area of logistics and finance with the use of modern technology in the working conditions of the common enterprise. Character of the work in these fields is unified and takes place in the same way almost everywhere in the word, using similar tools (technical equipment, software, etc.), which makes the placement of participants in the foreign company easier and increases the benefits of internships. Our partner is the company CBA based in Budapest. We expect that internship in this company will increase work competencies and competitiveness of our students in the labor market in the Czech Republic and other EU countries. Logistics and finance are sectors that require international cooperation and are in large measure built on it. The result of the internships will be the achievement of prespecified levels of professional knowledge, skills and competencies for particular objectives in each training activity. Our students will use the experience from internships in their future jobs, even if they work in the Czech Republic.The students who will participate in the internship will be chosen in cooperation with teachers able to assess their technical knowledge and skills, including language and personal abilities. Implementation of the project in such a way will make healthy competitive conditions in the school, increase the interest of students in the subject studied and will help advance their professional and personal growth. We have already planned project schedule, project management, responsibilities of the partners involved, the realization of units of learning, monitoring, evaluation and dissemination of the project.Implementation of internships in the company and practical arrangement like accommodation, catering, leisure activities, transport of students at the point of placement, will be guaranteed in the contract by our Hungarian partner.The project expects the implementation of ECVET learning units. Internships will focus on work in logistics (work related to physical and information flow of stocks in written and electronic communications) and works in the finance department (carrying out financial transactions related to buying and selling), pre-arranged conditions and needs of the partner company in compliance with school curriculum and units of learning ECVET. Units of learning outcomes (ULO) were created in collaboration with a foreign partner so that they can be used on a national level - during the training in domestic companies.Detailed monitoring and evaluation of the project will enable both better preparation of future similar projects, and projection of feedback into school curriculum and programs.Our school attached as annexes: motivation letter, language test (in order to examine the the engagement of the students), and disamination plan .
