The hereby presented project Internship of students of the ZSZ No 1 in foreign companies the way of development of entrepreneurship establishes conducting professional training in market economy conditions, preparing participants to start their own business on the labour market or work at a foreign employer. Working on the project the main emphasis will be on: supporting participants in the acquisition and usage the knowledge, skills and professional competences, increasing employment opportunities through participating in the European labour market, improving the degree of transparency and recognition of their professional qualifications and encouraging them to study foreign languages. There will be three institutions participating in the project – ZSZ No 1 in Starachowice as a sending institution and two foreign companies - Sistema Turismo in Italy and Esmovia in Spain as receiving institutions. Participants will be students of 3rd forms of the secondary technical school thought in the following professions: Technician of Economics, Technician of Trade, Technician of Hospitality Industry and Technician of Nutrition and Catering. In term of implementing the project, i.e. from December 2014 to June 2016, four groups of 18 students with 2 teachers will be organized to depart. The internship will be held in selected receiving institutions. Partner’s organizations have provided access to different modern, well-equipped trade, hospitality and catering companies that guarantees achievement of objectives of the project. The term - four weeks - of the internship is connected with requirements of the curriculum for the professional training in professions the participants are thought, as well as assumptions and priorities of the Erasmus + programme . Sending the same professional groups to partners of two different countries in the same geographic area with very well-developed trade, catering and hospitality infrastructure will give opportunity to compare requirements of recognition of professional qualifications in different European companies. In accordance with the idea ECVET, participating in the project will give its participants possibility to gain professional experience in different EU countries. Participants will learn about some aspects of their jobs in different economic, cultural and linguistic conditions, about specification of functioning economic, trade, hospitality and catering institutions, about new technology and about culture of the partners’ country. Partners of ZSZ No 1 - Sistema Turismo and Esmovia - have worked out assumptions of internship programmes in agreement with receiving companies. The accepted programmes with cards of evaluation the effects of trainings abroad will be the basis for ‘Agreement of internship programme’. The agreements will be enclosed to contracts signed before departure. Based on identified needs of participants, together with receiving companies, the range of issues of pedagogical, linguistic and cultural preparations are provided. In connection with the process of equalization professional requirements in European companies participating in the project will create the possibility of collection and the confrontation of own professional experiences with European solutions. The acquired knowledge, skills and professional, linguistic and social competences will be evidenced and evaluated individually for every student, confirmed with certificates including EUROPASS MOBILITY and transferred to Polish conditions that will provide them the better position on the labour market. The whole project is becoming part of the ZSZ No 1’s industry model connected with tourism, catering and services areas.
