The project: “The Traineeship in the Spanish Catering Companies and Hairdressers Salons, the beginning of my career” has been prepared for the third year students of Secondary Technical School in Catering Services and Secondary Technical School in Hairdressing. Participating in the traineeship will be the implementation of the required curriculum of professional training and will last 4 weeks. The first group of 16 students and two tutors will go in the school year 2015/2016, and the second one with the amount of 18 students and two tutors in the school year 2016/2017. The main aim of the project is to enable students, coming mostly from rural areas, to familiarize with the international labor market, the culture of Spain. It is a chance to acquire professional qualifications and work experience which will help the graduates get interesting work in the country or abroad ( occupational mobility). The project will support in gaining and using knowledge, skills and qualifications in the new workplaces. It will enable participants to get to know the environment and the organization of work in another country. It will be an opportunity to encourage participants to be open and cooperative, and to support their adaptability and sensitivity to cultural and mental differences. For many students the project may be the only opportunity to go abroad, and be in an attractive place in terms of professional, cultural and social life of the country. Students will be trained according to a program of traineeship in the restaurants and hairdressers salons of high and very high standard in Granada in Spain. The project partner together with tutors- representatives of the sending institution, will prepare the places of traineeship and accommodation for students and tutors, language courses in Spain, cultural and integration events, including a sightseeing tour. Thanks to the program, the quality of vocational training at school and the preparation quality of staff for local and international labor market will increase, it will be the staff with rich professional and social experience and an ability of speaking foreign languages.
