The main goal for the„Practice for the beginning”project is to allow students of the technical secondary schools who are trained to become aviation technicians and certifying stuff,to gain practical experience and rise their knowledge and qualification by joining two week long students’ internship In Spain which will be organized between June 1st2015 and June 1st2017.Project was created in response to cover increasing need for practical activities and experience that can be collected at the real maintenance activities,to offset ordinary practical training and foreign language teaching already introduced into normal educational program. Project team will be striving to reach several particular goals for students:to allow physical familiarization with everyday maintenance activities curried on at the approved aviation maintenance organization,train joint activities and team working,increasing independence in perfuming future tasks.While on the higher level of each school this will be:development of their capabilities to act independently on international scene,development of closer contacts with international partners, improvement of secondary schools and professional training on both national and international levels and reinforcement of their organizations for future development and capabilities to match changing requirements of modern aviation market. The project is dedicated for 100 students currently receiving their secondary school training at:No 1 ZSZ at Dęblinie,ZS named after Bohaterów Narwiku at Warszawie and No 1ZSM at Bydgoszczy. Within the project following activities are planned for all students: 1. Pedagogical for linguists in aviation English language and Spanish language as well cultural learning project which is to be accomplished before trip 2. Two weeks long trip to Spain at the training facility ADA-ITS at Sevilla 3. Follow on cultural activities in Spain by visiting places important for Spanish history and culture and joint social activities curried by euroMind 4. Activities promoting results of activities earlier curried with euroMind mentor5. Evaluation of activities at the training trip and after return to Poland. The education program that will be developed jointly by management of ADA-ITS and local teachers specialized in aviation subjects together with respective teams for Poland.Special attention will be laid on most recent developments In aviation technology and maintenance techniques. Various form of project reporting means will be prepared to memorize development of the project and specially visit in Spain including:video reportages made by the group mentors,photographic reports made by project participants acting as euroMind members and internal reports prepared by euroMind which will be underline whole project.Other different materials might be prepared by students and published.Most of materials specified above will be made available on organizational portal on Facebook. The project will allow its participants to collect additional and valuable experience what might have positive influence on their education resultants and will increase abilities while applying for their first post after graduation.Increased speech capabilities in English and/or Spanish will positively develop participants education and might have positive influence while searching for initial employment.The experience gained during foreign trip will have influence in personal development of each student enabling them better self performance,to become more independent and increase capabilities for team working. The project will reinforce international position of all participating organizations.It will allow exchange of good practices between partners,increase relations between them and will good base for future joint activities.Participation in the project and introduction of developed results will increase image of their participants as well the project leader,promoting them as a organizations capable to offer interesting solutions of modern learning program and practical activities for youngsters. Promotion developed during the project will increase interest in the particular form of professional education from potential students,their parents,teachers and aviation organizations that might become potential partners for obligatory practices necessary during education process before reaching level of professional aviation certifying personnel. It is also anticipated that project will increase interest of potential participants in mobility projects as well abundance of Erasmus+project in regions and on local levels.In long period perspective project will have positive influence on position of job hunting youngsters,future absolvent of participating schools.This will have positive impact on level of employment by decreasing number of jobless.Other result will be closer relations between project participants of current project what will fruit with additional motilities.
