Partnership Building Activity ”Startup” was a project in which different representatives of NGOs and public administration bodies from different EU member countries will participate. Each partner’s organisation has represented by two participants who mainly works as a board’s members, youth workers, volunteers, project’s coordinators. They came from such countries like: Poland, Portugal, Bulgaria, Croatia, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Italy. Our PBA has been developed for networking among our partners, begin new relations, find ready for cooperation new future partners. We invited to our project different organisations. Some of them don’t have any preavious experiences in international youth projects, but they were eager to gain new perspective in this topic. Some of them had lot of experience in international cooperation. This diversity in partner’s group gave us a chance to exchange our experiences, new ideas and in the future develope new projects together. We used different interactive methods during our workshops, such as: working in small international groups, brainstorm ideas, open space methodology, artistic expression, presentations. We create a network of partners, who are in contact and share our contacts and network with other concerned institutions in our partners countries. Another effect of our project was creating a draft versions of future projects. Project was held on 8-12.09.2015 in Zwierzyń.
