The project involves the implementation of internships for 30 unemployed persons registered in the District Employment Office in Lublin, graduates of basic vocational schools and secondary schools and secondary vocational schools, who for one year after graduation will begin participation in an internship abroad in Germany. The main objective of the project is to increase the mobility of these people by strengthening their professional potential and better personal development. Specific objectives: - Increase the competence and skills in their chosen profession; - Complement the formal education through knowledge about new technologies used in the industry; - Work experience required for employment; - Growth of language skills; - Shaping attitudes open to change, on continuing training and upgrading their competencies. Under the project, each participant will be covered by the following types of support: - Each participant will be provided organizational and financial transfers to the country apprenticeship - Germany (Bad Freienwalde) and return to the country of residence - Poland (Lublin); - On the spot, if necessary, will be provided with accommodation journey to the place of internship (the employer); - Accommodation and meals during the stay in Germany in the dormitory belonging to the partner of the host to which the professionally organized kitchen and restaurant, where participants will eat meals; -insurance against accidents (accident), luggage insurance and medical insurance abroad (KL). Repurchased for all participants; - Mentorship while serving an internship abroad; - Linguistic and cultural preparation before leaving for an internship (intensive German language course - seminars, cultural preparation, vocabulary Industry); - Health Carer participants during their stay in training, leisure and culture during the program; - For each participant will be provided a 9-week organization of internships for all project participants in workplaces in selected industries in Germany in Bad Freienwalde and neighboring towns depending on the direction of placement. Internships will be organized in consultation and cooperation with experienced in organizing such forms of support, the Association of Vocational Training Eberswalde eV, which will be responsible for finding suitable and specially matched to the needs of participants, workplaces and the conclusion of the relevant agreements of cooperation for the implementation of internships in their area. Internships will be implemented in two stages : I group - 15 people - November 2015 -January 2016 II group - 15 people - February-April 2016 Internships will address the following professions: automotive electrician, car mechanic, fitter sanitary, carpenter, welder, civil construction worker, baker, waiter, cook, confectioner ,a bartender and a social worker. Expected results of the project are: - Completing internship by 30 participants confirmed by the appropriate certificate; - Increase the potential for professional and personal project participants; - Increase of qualifications and skills in their chosen profession; - Increase confidence and motivation for change in personal and professional life and further learning; - Increase skills and language skills; - Change stereotypes in the perception of other cultures combined with the strengthening of attitudes open to cultural differences of other nationalities; - The extension of cooperation with a partner at the level of a common approach to effective solutions and methods to support young people.
