Creating your professional working life. A good and well-educated worker is needed in the labor and national market, both on local and European market. That it way an education is very important for each worker.The EU Document of Evaluation of the National Reform Program and the Convergence Program included:•there is a very high rate of unemployment among young people,•constant phenomenon of the labor market is a different level between certain skills of young people and supply,•there is an insufficient access to good quality apprenticeship programs and learning in the workplace. It is important to improve the implementation of the curriculum to make it more similar to the requirements of a knowledge-based economy. Graduates students should have skills and competencies which are desired in the labor market. It means that theoretical and practical teaching should be involved in teaching process .In accordance with the "Strategy for the Development of Silesia" where we can read that the region of Silesia with a modern economy, an education system, culture, health care maintains the great position in Europe. Thanks to that we can find important objectives: •a deeper connection with the development of education and the labor market needs, •an easy access to high-quality public services, including education which is improving to adopt the changing needs of the labor market. The Development Strategy of Zabrze City means that a realization of development projects in the Zabrze areas is relating to the education sector. This is reflected in the strategy of Zabrze:improving the investment of the city to increase the employment potential for young people, create profile and specialization in the field of education, update local education program, improving the quality of education for population, the increasing knowledge of foreign languages, developing interests in a local tradition and levels of education. For this reason, the surveys were done in our school which show the needs of students. In response to these needs the project was prepared, whose primary aim is the mobility of young workers in cooperation with the EU partners. The main objectives of the project are: •the support students in learning of competencies such as knowledge, skills and attitudes to life in order to expand their opportunities for personal growth and increase the chance of employment on European labor market, •raising the level of knowledge of foreign languages among people, •raising the level of awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries among participants and developing an active participation in social life and create a sense of EU citizenship and identity, •increasing the capacity, the attractiveness and the international dimension of the organization in education and working. The participants of the project will be students from a secondary school in Zabrze. The training will be for 30 people from II and III classes of technical school. Our technical secondary school teaches our learners (at the age of 16-19) in professions: -technician of mechanic, construction and surveyor. The project will be for two groups of male and female students (15 people in each group). Each group will have two tutors (for 2 weeks each).The program will also involves students who are at risk of social discrimination because of their ethnicity (Roma). This training will be for students who are from low-income families as well. A detailed analysis of the potential and needs of the students will be a basis to qualify for the project. The special searching was carried out because we have known the students’ needs.We used databases, information of the earlier programs, projects and Erasmus + and e-Twinning bases to choose the perfect partner. The partner of the project is the German company Betreuungsgesellschaft für Modellprojekte Vitalis mbH, specializing in EU programs such as Erasmus+. Their foreign experience is focused on improving the competence and skills of the participants of the program. Thus the development and attitude to life in different countries will be necessary in future profession. In accordance with the procedures which are related to the assessment and skills, a progress of learning of our students will be monitored. The company offers its own accommodation, food, cultural and educational facilities. During the apprenticeship, organized by the company, students will be able to improve their professional skills, language and socio-cultural attitude to life. Thanks to accommodation, students will be staying in intercultural environment, with professional teachers and other students. This situation helps with developing a sense of national and regional identity, opening for foreign cultures and other nations. Spending time in another country will improve language and communication skills.In addition, this project will enable students to verify their skills before a job.
