The Project " Startup flow " is directed to social activists who want to promote the idea of entrepreneurship among young people and equip them with the tools that will successfully establish and run their own business . Our activities are aimed at providing professional knowledge on starting and running your own business , startup ‘s and new technologies. Its mission is to promote entrepreneurial attitudes and acquire skills to help communicate this idea further, especially young people . In our activities we want to help leaders gain social competencies that will enable them to actively engage in their communities and to develop on the economic level . We believe that such work in the long-term effect will help ease unemployment (especially among young people ) , will increase the competitiveness of the European economy and contribute to the overall welfare of its citizens. The objectives of this project are : - The creation of a network of organizations, which works together for the promotion of entrepreneurship , business development and startup’s - To increase participants awareness of entrepreneurship and startup ‘s - Transfer of knowledge and expertise about starting and running your own business - Equipment in skills that will later effectively communicate the acquired knowledge of youth - Fighting youth unemployment - Increase of linguistic competence in English language and business related work - Continuous improvement of competence in order to strengthen their position in the labor market - Motivation and inspiration of participants to establish their own business and promote entrepreneurship, as well as increasing their satisfaction with their work - Promoting the idea of a united Europe and a common labor market and common space for European entrepreneurship - The introduction of innovations in the field of economic education - Creating an atmosphere of cooperation, tolerance and mutual respect between peoples and cultures The project will be attended by 30 participants from 6 countries (Germany, Spain , Bulgaria , Romania, Italy and Poland ), and 3 coaches from Poland, Germany and Spain). The project participants are youth workers and activists working in their local organizations. They have experience in working with young people and in organizing social activities. Some of them are young entrepreneurs or people who are planning to start your own business, and to promote the ideas of entrepreneurship in their local communities. The project will be 7 -day training based on the workshop method . We will discuss all the important issues related to the promotion of entrepreneurship and self- business, such as: - How to find a business idea - How to create a business plan - How to build your brand and drive effective marketing - How to find financing for your business - Meetings with entrepreneurs and practices - Ways to promote entrepreneurship among youth - Know the specificities of the European market and ways of doing things on it - Issues related to civic and social dimensions of business - Discussions on the current economic situation in Europe and to develop methods to counteract this phenomenon as unemployment , xenophobia, racism Expected results: - the creation of a network of organizations working together for the promotion of entrepreneurship , business development and startup’s - Gain knowledge and skills about starting and running your own business and new technologies - Equip participants with the skills that will later effectively communicate the acquired knowledge of youth - Increase of linguistic competence in English language and business related work - Creating an attitude focused on continuous improvement of competence in order to strengthen their position in the labor market - Appropriately promoted the idea of a united Europe and a common labor market and common space for European entrepreneurship - The introduction of innovations in the field of economic education Potential long-term benefits: - Dissemination of enterprising attitude - Easing the problem of unemployment, especially among young people - Increasing the economic competitiveness of the local community , our country and the European Union - Increasing knowledge and competence in the field of new technologies and the setting up and running your own business , which can bring tangible economic benefits for society as a whole and its individual citizens - An increase in overall welfare - Reduction of social and economic exclusion of people struggling with financial problems - Mitigation of divisions in European society , having its source in the deteriorating financial situation of the inhabitants of - A decrease in the intensity of phenomena such as xenophobia , racism, lack of tolerance for diversity - Increase respect for other cultures , peoples and difference - Dissemination of international action and cooperation between the peoples of Europe
