START UP ACE + is a project within the European Voluntary Service has been developed in the province of Leon, specifically in the hamlet of Villomar and the city of Leon, the Ecoperia Association, where a European volunteers, from France, has participated actively for a period of 12 months service in the school of agro-ecological training oriented professionalism of groups in social exclusion in the field of organic farming for further employment in the sector companies or self-employment through social enterprise. The priority in this EVS has been the volunteer participate in activities to demonstrate the feasibility of organic farming as a possible way of employability of socially excluded groups with which we are working: young people who have completed drug detox programs , immigrants without resources, who are below the poverty line, women victims of domestic violence or ethnic minorities. Seeing how people with such problems trying to move forward with their lives has been a learning importane multiculturalism and tolerance for the volunteer. Facing such harsh realities made that can assess their fate and continue to grow as an adult. This volunteer was gradually taking more responsibility for the project, both in the most routine tasks relating to the production, as in performing therapeutic or social activities, always with the help of personal and professional Tutor, Javier Radish and with the support of the Social Worker. The volunteer gave support in the process of ecological production school, she worked in the social area thereof and participaró in the socio-labor insertion of the students, always with the aim of providing assistance to young people with fewer opportunities by developing friendly, sustainable environmental initiatives. At the same time he also collaborated in the marketing of products obtained from "Green Seed" and activities on their own initiative linked to the awareness of the general population and education in values ??less at risk community. Planning and management tasks are gradually developing with the help of the project manager. In turn, during the course of the activity, he participated in working groups around programs to support entrepreneurship, sharing experiences and actions with local young people who are committed to entrepreneurship as an alternative to self-employment. Thanks to the trajectory of Ecoperia with past efforts that led to this project and with the collaboration of volunteer we have become a good practice and example for future similar operations. Constituting an example of reply in our community for the integration of groups in social exclusion and the creation of socially responsible companies to the environment.
